The Story Behind Secret Admirer™

If ice cream is your love language, look no further than Baskin-Robbins® this February. The latest Flavor of the Month is a delightful scoop that will have you falling head over heels with each bite. Keep reading for more information on Secret Admirer™.

With a history of flavor innovation and a robust library of over 1,400 flavors created since 1945, Baskin-Robbins continues to find unique ways to bring exciting scoops to fans. Secret Admirer™ features decadent pink cake flavored ice cream, swirled with an unexpected rose ice cream, and sealed with a sweet strawberry ribbon. With a subtle and unique hint of rose that is sure to pique both curiosity and taste buds, this beautifully balanced flavor is the perfect match you never knew you needed.

When creating this limited-time flavor, Baskin-Robbins intentionally wanted to marry an indulgent, familiar flavor with an intriguing one to bring customers across the U.S. a unique flavor experience. Strawberry and rose are a popular and trendy combination and in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Baskin-Robbins added a pink cake ice cream that would really pop in the scoop and be perfect for celebrating the holiday. The sweetness and classic strawberry flavor of the ribbon balances the floral notes of the rose ice cream, allowing for a pleasant hint of rose flavor from real rose extract, while still being familiar and sweet. The flavor of cake adds a baked note to create an all-around cakey, floral scoop.

Enjoy Secret Admirer™ on its own in a fresh-baked waffle cone or you can even add it to an ice cream cake like the Box of Chocolates cake. Baskin-Robbins offers “no contact” delivery via DoorDash, Uber Eats and Postmates, or you can place your order at or through the Baskin-Robbins mobile app for pickup via drive-thru, carry-out, or curbside where available.
