With 2019 coming to a close, here at Baskin-Robbins we are ringing in the New Year with $1.70 scoops on December 31st for Celebrate 31*, and a special recipe created for all you cocktail lovers by Baskin-Robbins' very own Chef Kelly and Chef Nikki.
No one likes to show up to the party empty handed! So bring a little Baskin-Robbins to the celebration with these bright and fun cocktail recipes that are perfect for toasting the New Year with friends and family.

Cotton Candy Bubbly Daiquiri
Ingredients: Makes two drinks

2oz Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice, melted

1.5oz vodka

2oz cotton candy
-
Choice of Rosé, Champagne, or Prosecco
Instructions:

Scoop two 1oz scoops of Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice into a microwave safe container and microwave until melted (approximately 15-20 seconds).

Combine melted Daiquiri Ice, vodka and 1oz of cotton candy in a cocktail shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 1 minute and pour evenly into two champagne flutes.

Top with your choice of rosé, champagne, or prosecco and garnish with 1oz of cotton candy along the rim.

Baskin-Robbins Rainbow Mimosa
Ingredients: Makes two drinks

2oz Baskin-Robbins Rainbow Sherbet, melted

1oz vodka
-
½ oz grenadine
-
½ oz orange juice, no pulp
-
Choice of Rosé or Champagne

Strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions:

Scoop two 1oz scoops of Baskin-Robbins Rainbow Sherbet into a microwave safe container and microwave until melted (approximately 15-20 seconds).

Combine melted Rainbow Sherbet, vodka, grenadine and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice; shake vigorously for 1 minute and pour evenly into two champagne flutes.

Top with your choice of rosé or champagne garnish with a strawberry along the rim.
