Just in time for summer, Baskin-Robbins® is introducing the refreshing new Watermelon Burst Sorbet. Making watermelon the true star of the scoop, the sweet summertime flavor features Watermelon flavored Sorbet bursting with slightly Sour Watermelon flavored Swirls in every pink spoonful.

While developing this flavor, the Baskin-Robbins Research & Development team wanted to make the watermelon flavor truly shine. The new sorbet features a sweet watermelon flavor profile, which is contrasted by the bold, slightly Sour Watermelon flavored Swirls. In this fruit-forward scoop, the sweetness from the sorbet is balanced by the sourness of the swirls, bringing together the sweet and tangy taste of candied watermelon.
A delicious scoop for summer, this sorbet is light, refreshing, and a perfect alternative for those that are gluten-conscious**. If you’re looking for more ways to enjoy Watermelon Burst Sorbet, you can try it in a beverage as a Freeze. The summertime sorbet is also available for delivery via DoorDash, Uber Eats or Postmates, or you can place an order at order.baskinrobbins.com or through the Baskin-Robbins mobile app for pickup via drive-thru, carry-out or curbside, where available.

**Gluten-conscious means that the ice cream/ice/sorbet/frozen yogurt, sherbet/frozen dessert flavor is made without gluten-containing ingredients. Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, they are NOT produced in a gluten-free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross-contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, heightened gluten sensitivity, or a wheat allergy.
