Inspired by the sweet signs of summertime, our Baskin-Robbins Research & Development team created two mouthwatering recipes featuring our new June Flavor of the Month, Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream.
To enjoy a peachy afternoon treat, the Baskin-Robbins Research & Development team created a recipe for a Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream Martini and a Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream Crumble. With a sweet and vibrant flavor combination, our Flavor of the Month pairs perfectly with these recipes and features classic Vanilla flavored Ice Cream paired with rich Grilled flavored Peaches and tasty Cinnamon Sugar Swirls. To kick off both recipes, you can order Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream in a Fresh-Pack at your local Baskin-Robbins shop or through delivery with DoorDash, Uber Eats or Postmates.
These simple, hassle-free recipes are a delicious way to celebrate summer’s yay moments with twists on our Flavor of the Month, Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream.
Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream Martini Recipe
Ingredients (makes one drink)
- 2 large scoops of Baskin-Robbins Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream Ice Cream
- 2 ounces of peach whiskey*
- 2 ounces of horchata liqueur*
- 2 peaches, peeled and cut
- Ice
- Optional Garnish:
- Cinnamon
- Whipped Cream
Equipment
- Shaker
- Ice cream scoop
- Blender
- Glass of choice
Recipe
- Add ice, peach whiskey and horchata liqueur to the shaker.
- Shake for approximately 1 minute.
- Strain and add the mixture into the blender.
- Add Baskin-Robbins Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream and peaches to blender.
- Pulse mixture in the blender until smooth.
- Pour into your glass of choice.
- Optional: Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream Crumble Recipe
Ingredients (makes six servings)
- 60 ounces of sliced and drained canned peaches
- Crumble Topping:
- ¾ cup of brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup oats
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ cup of softened unsalted butter
- Garnish:
- 6-12 large scoops of Baskin-Robbins Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream Ice Cream (adjust based on the desired number of scoops per serving)
- Optional:
- Cinnamon for garnish.
Equipment
- 7x11 baking pan
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Medium mixing bowl
Recipe
Prep
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Spray 7x11 baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Pour drained peaches into the prepared pan and spread into an even layer and pat dry.
Crumble Topping
- Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Gently mix until uniform.
- Add softened butter to dry ingredients.
- Using your hands, work the butter into the dry ingredients. Be sure not to overmix this portion, so it does not become a paste.
Baking
- Once combined, pour evenly over the drain peached into a 7x11 baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until the crumble topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
Serving
Option 1: Serve immediately
- Cut into 6 portions and plate.
- Add 1-2 scoops of Baskin-Robbins Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream on top of each peach crumble portion.
- Optional: Garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
Option 2: Save for later
- Allow the crumble to cool completely.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to three days, or in the freezer for up to three months.
- Reheat in microwave or oven.
- Cut into 6 portions and plate.
- Add 1-2 scoops of Baskin-Robbins Grilled Peaches ‘n Cream on top of each peach crumble portion.
- Optional: Garnish with a dash of cinnamon.
