Cotton Candy Crackle is a colorful collision of cotton candy flavored ice cream swirled with a purple cotton candy ribbon, bursting with yellow popping candies. This Baskin-Robbins favorite is the perfect base for a fun twist on cool summer cocktails. Cotton Candy Crackle Piña Colada
Ingredients: serves two 6 oz. drinks
- 2.5 oz. white rum
- 2 oz. piña colada mix*
- One 4 oz. scoop Cotton Candy Crackle ice cream
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: garnish with striped paper straw
- *Variations: make it yourself! Use 1 tbsp. crushed pineapple, 1 oz. cream of coconut, and 1 oz. pineapple juice in place of piña colada mix
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with a colorful straw.
- Sip and enjoy!
Cotton Candy Crackle Cosmo
Ingredients: serves one 8 oz. drink
- 2.5 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- One 2.5 oz. scoop Cotton Candy Crackle ice cream
- ½ cup of ice
- Optional: colored sanding sugar, for garnish
- Optional: orange peel twist for garnish
Instructions:
- Place colored sanding sugar in an even layer in a rim dish or shallow plate.
- Select a martini glass and coat the rim in water or simple syrup, then sanding sugar.
- In a shaker, combine the vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and Cotton Candy Crackle.
- Shake for 15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
- Sip and enjoy!
Cotton Candy Crackle Mermaid Float
Ingredients: serves one 8 oz. drink
- 8 oz. lemon-lime soda, chilled
- 1 oz. whipped cream vodka
- 0.5 oz. blue curacao
- One 2.5 oz. scoop of Cotton Candy Crackle ice cream
Instructions:
- Combine lemon-lime soda, whipped cream vodka and blue curacao together in your glass of choice.
- Top with a scoop of Cotton Candy Crackle and enjoy the magic!
