This year, we’re celebrating Labor Day weekend and sending the season out in style with four delectable beverage recipes using Truly Hard Seltzer. We collaborated with Truly to pair their hard seltzers with Baskin-Robbins ice cream to toast the end of summer. Keep reading to learn how to make these can't-miss recipes.

Made with simple ingredients and hints of your favorite fruits, Truly Hard Seltzers are the perfect pairing for a scoop of Baskin-Robbins ice cream. Emanuel Sousa, Food Technologist at Baskin-Robbins, has dreamt up four cool recipes for you to kick your seltzer game up a notch. To enjoy your favorite Baskin-Robbins ice cream flavors in a creative new way, try one of the below frozen fruity cocktails.
Wild Berry Mojito Ice
What you’ll need (Serves two 12-ounce beverages)
- 1 heaping scoop of Baskin-Robbins Daquiri Ice
- One 12-ounce can of Wild Berry Truly Hard Seltzer
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh mint
- Ice
Directions:
- Add fresh blackberries and two sprigs of mint to glass and muddle.
- Fill glass two-thirds of the way with ice.
- Fill glass two-thirds of the way with Wild Berry Truly Hard Seltzer.
- Top with a heaping scoop of Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice and garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint.
- Enjoy!
Pineapple Truly Mangonada
What you’ll need (Serves two 12-ounce beverages)
- 4 scoops of Baskin-Robbins Triple Mango Ice Cream
- One 12-ounce can of Pineapple Truly Hard Seltzer
- Chamoy
- Tajín® Clásico Seasoning
- Lime wedge
Directions:
- Add 4 scoops of Baskin-Robbins Triple Mango Ice Cream to a blender.
- Add full 12-ounce can of Pineapple Truly Hard Seltzer to blender and blend.
- Pour 1 oz. of chamoy into a glass.
- Add contents of blender into glass on top of chamoy.
- Add three dashes of Tajín® Clásico Seasoning to the top of the mixture.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
- Enjoy!
Sparkling Cherry Lime Ice
What you’ll need (Serves two 12-ounce beverages)
- 1 scoop of Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice
- One 12-ounce can of Cherry Lime Truly Hard Seltzer
- Fresh cherries, pitted
- Ice
- Lime wedge
Directions:
- Pit and add the fresh cherries to your glass and muddle.
- Fill glass two-thirds of the way with ice.
- Fill glass two-thirds of the way with Cherry Lime Truly Hard Seltzer.
- Top with a heaping scoop of Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
- Enjoy!
Muddled Berry Lime Daquiri Ice
What you’ll need (Serves two 12-ounce beverages)
- 1 scoop of Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice
- One 12-ounce can of Raspberry Lime Truly Hard Seltzer
- Fresh cut strawberries
- Ice
- Lime wedge
Directions:
- Add fresh cut strawberries to your glass and muddle.
- Fill glass two-thirds of the way with ice.
- Fill glass two-thirds with Raspberry Lime Truly Hard Seltzer.
- Top with a heaping scoop of Baskin-Robbins Daiquiri Ice and garnish with a fresh lime wedge.
