Featuring our classic Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, we created a Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich, Chocolate Chip Blondie Bar Sundae, and a Chocolate Chip Mocha Affogato to make a chocolate lover's dreams come true.
Our Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is a Baskin-Robbins staple and features creamy, smooth Vanilla flavored Ice Cream made with rich Semi-Sweet Chocolate. These recipes bring that delicious flavor combination to life with their own unique twists.
With the hassle-free recipes below, your dessert table will be choc-full of fun and indulgent treats. Recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich
What you’ll need (small & large portion options)
- Premade cookie dough
- Small: 2 Tablespoons, divided
- Large: 4 Tablespoons, divided
- Baking sheet
- 1 scoop of Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Small: 1 small scoop
- Large: 1 large scoop
- Optional: chocolate chips for garnish
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Portion cookie dough according to size and roll into two balls.
- Small: 1 tablespoon per portion (2 balls total)
- Large: 2 tablespoons per portion (2 balls total)
- Place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool completely (about 20 minutes).
- Scoop your Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and place it directly on top of one cookie.
- Place the second cookie on top of the ice cream scoop.
- Gently apply pressure to the top portion of the cookie to allow ice cream to spread over the entire cookie.
- Be cautious not to break the cookie.
- Optional: Place chocolate chips on a plate and roll the ice cream sandwich through the chocolate chips.
- Repeat this step until chocolate chip coverage is desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Recipe for Chocolate Chip Blondie Bar Sundae
What you’ll need
- 2 boxes of blondie bar pre-mix
- 1 cup of chocolate chips divided into ¼ cup and ¾ cup.
- 9x13 or 9x9 pan (reference blondie bar baking instructions)
- 1 large scoop of Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream per blondie bar
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, follow the blondie bar pre-mix package instructions.
- Fold in ¾ cup of chocolate chips to the blondie pre-mix.
- Place the chocolate chip blondie pre-mix in the greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips across the top of the blondie mixture.
- Bake mixture according to packaged instructions.
- Allow blondies to cool completely (about 30 minutes).
- Cut your blondie bars and place them on a plate.
- Add 1 large scoop of Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream on top of each blondie bar.
- Add optional chocolate chips for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Recipe for Chocolate Chip Mocha Affogato
What you’ll need
- 2 small glasses (10 ounces or less)
- 1 packet of instant hot chocolate
- 1 large scoop of Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- 2-3 ounces of hot black coffee
- Optional chocolate chips for garnish
Directions
- Start by preparing your hot coffee.
- Add one packet of instant hot chocolate into the coffee.
- Mix the instant hot chocolate and coffee until the mix is dissolved.
- In a second cup, add 1 large scoop of Baskin-Robbins Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
- Slowly pour the mocha mixture over the scoop of ice cream.
- Garnish with the optional chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
